I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Clayton helped me find a new solution (tiles) and offered excellent advise throughout. I also found him friendly and easy to get on with and am happy to recommend him to anyone. Chloe

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! Very quick response to my job posting, clear quote and job was also booked in quickly. High standard of work and good communication throughout. I am so grateful we found Vladimir on this site! He was punctual everyday, very polite and cleaned up immaculately! Gabriel did an excellent job for me. He had to recreate some challenging period details and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately, after several requests for help, Christian hasn’t been very responsive and showing no signs of helping.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Ioan and his assistant did a fantastic job fitting a complete bathroom and tiling. He built a stud wall to disguise the slanted shape of the room and the outcome of the job was more perfect than we ever expected. We would definitely go to him for all future building work. Work ethic, attitude and price all absolutely outstanding. He really goes over and above to ensure you are happy with his work.
