George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. John turned up promptly, took time and equipment to inspect indoors how damp was getting in from roof and explain possible causes, then quick to get ladder to the roof to investigate further. He explained everything, took photos up on the roof with his phone, and his advice and quote seemed reasonable and not pushy. Came back in a day, did all the work up on the roof which turned out to be a lot more than he thought (reconcrete parapet wall) but honoured price, came back again to replace tiles too. Top man.

Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Excellent work carried out. Always in contact answering and solving any queries straight away. Great value for money. The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
