My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

With over 25 years experience in the industry are teams are fully trained. We are Trustmark and "WHICH" members. We specialise in both slate/tile works and offer alternatives such as liquid plastic coating systems and EPDM systems for flat roofs.
They did a fabulous job and were also polite and very nice to deal with. We received very good advice on the choice of tiles and the job was completed on time and with the minimum of disruption. The roof looks really good and has made a huge difference to the look of our house. We would recommend them to anybody. Thanks very much!
