Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. 2 storey extension ok initially organising others to come in and do work, had contract & payment plan from outset but as work went on communication became worse sometimes didn't turn up, no replies to messages etc ..no eye for detail in finishes had to get others to finish or put right his work.
