Very good all round. Andy was punctual and informative, the fitting team Martin and another Andrew were pleasant and efficient. The profile is more expensive than some but i went for quality. I'd recommend this firm.

Having tried to get someone to do this job for months I went into Rated People and Ronald Gaunt contacted me. He quoted that day and did the job the day after at a very reasonable price. He even found an additional issue whilst he was in the roof and did that for free! I’m mega impressed. All communication very clear with photos in both the quote (to show roof issues) and alongside invoice (to show job done). He’s great, book him.

Pat and his team completed the job on time and budget. The work was completed to a excellent standard Pat was always keeping me up to date on the progress of the job . I have used many builders over the last 25 years and will be using Broderick Building Services on my next project.

Wonderful Fencer. We were more than happy with the wonderful job Dean has done, and all as a one-man fencer.. Very professional, yet friendly, did just what he said he would do for the agreed price. We can't praise Dean more, he is so different from a couple of so-called gardeners we had employed before. Want a superb worker who is totally trustworthy, you can do no better than Dean Dainty. Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

What a great service from T Rama. From the 1st visit T Rama was on time and very professional, he provided several solutions and gave the pros and cons to each plan. The price was fair and was done within a day. On completing the work the area was cleaned and tidy. I would highly recommend T Rama building services.

We were really impressed with Tim’s workmanship and service. He was easy to work with and a good communicator, keeping us informed when there were delays in the delivery of the doors. All the doors were fitted in one day and the place was left reasonably tidy. Minor snagging was resolved reasonably quickly. We would definitely hire Tim again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

They came on a wet day to fit my sheds tin roof. Freindly people and did a good job. Left me some minor rubbish to tidy up but didn't warrant downgrading
