I used Steve and the team[QSP] for my loft conversion in Harborne. The quote was competitive. The works were undertaken to a very high standard. Tidy workers and sensitive to client needs. Works completed to budget and on programme. Snagging [minor] all dealt with without any fuss. Very pleased guys excellent job.5 stars.

Andy and Adam were a pleasure to have working on our home, They did an excellent job of making the required changes to the chimney which although relatively small needed attention to detail and a lot of care.They did the work exactly as I'd asked and when they said they would. I hope that I can get them to do the extension that I'm planning next year. Highly recommended.

The Project Manager is as good as his word, and agreed the price as an all in quote, so no surprises, as the roof was replaced within the agreed budget. . Paid in arrears - once the works were complete Excellent team of people, who replaced the roof within the week. Very little mess.

Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. Although bricklaying, stonework and paving are my speciality, I do have a really wide skill set. Please see my gallery for examples. Luke is very professional in all stages of the work he carried out. His quote for removing old decking and replacing it with a paved patio was very detailed and reasonable. He kept me informed at every stage of the work. When he finished laying down the patio he left the area clean and tidy. I can honestly say that I am really impressed with the finished job and have no hesitation in recommending Luke of Sol.Co to anyone wanting similar work doing.

Great company, prompt for giving a quote and getting the work booked in. More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done. I highly recommend them.
