In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

Kris did a great job. Better finish than I hoped for. He even corrected some existing faults and put those right so that he achieved a great finish. Friendly and professional. Very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely punctual and flexible to meet some of my altered availability. Already looking at what else I can get Kris to do for me! Can't recommend him highly enough.

I would highly recommend this company. They recently completed a refurbishment of my bathroom, shower room and downstairs cloakroom to an excellent standard. Sebastian was always very prompt and professional in his communication and provided a detailed estimate and invoice and kept me fully informed about variations in cost {which were minimal} as the work progressed. The team were tidy and respectful thought the project and completed the work within the expected time. I am really pleased with the result.

My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. Vlad is very professional, hard working, punctual and extremely efficient. His work is great and as well as his personality, extremely helpful, and reliable! He did all the architrave, skirting boards, door frames from scratch, as well as installing new doors with handles and locks, LED covings, LVT flooring and stairs banister! Can’t praise him enough and will def recommend him and save his number for any future jobs!
