Was disappointed that a little bit of damage was done to the door, also, no dust sheets, the initial job I am happy with but the door is very slightly sticking at the door frame, never done this before, I will admit that it's so tiny and perhaps I'm being picky, but I don't want one problem solved to be left with perhaps another one in the future, I know nothing about hanging doors but feel that this one hasn't been quite correctly hung, I may be wrong, only time will tell...

A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
They were quick to offer the job and the agreed price was very competitive. Job could not be done on the day specified, however re-scheduled at a later date, communication was good and kept me informed. On the day the team arrived on time and did a great job, many thanks.

Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.
Radu and Constantin managed to wreck a 1930s bay window using an angle grinder on the brick work. Never came back to fix it.

After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate. James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
