Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. Growing up in North West London my grandparents came from large families, with many brother and sisters both my ( English and a tad Irish ) Nan and Grandad had nothing, Thankfully my Nans family got into fruit and veg and had all the fruit and veg stalls in Kilburn for a bit, my Nan having one of them advised my Grandad to give up painting and focus on Fruit and Veg. Through hard work and determination coupled with being good with people that very stall ( next to what was woolworths now Iceland ) meant my mum and aunt could benefit and have the things my Nan and Grandad couldn't. My ( Greek Cypriot ) Dad was taught the skill by my Grandparents as he was my father and would go on to Make a successful Fruit and Veg shop in Golders Green in which I'm extremely proud of. Working in this shop as you would go into it on the right used to be ' A business built on customer satisfaction '. You see it isn't the building game but it's all the same to me, we serve the customers and we leave them Satisfied Every Single time. That's the name of the game. My Grandad would later teach me how to paint and my Nan would teach me how to work with oil based paints and the rest is history. Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings. We decided to go with Mariusz's layout and many of his suggestions for the fittings. The finished bathroom is absolutely outstanding and beyond our expectations. Mariusz is truly a master craftsman.
