Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Job was to take radiator off and then put back once work complete. Once put back, the radiator leaked from the valves at both ends of the radiator. I tried to contact Reece, but he ignored every call and message I sent. Also, the radiator being removed meant the water pressure dropped and needed to be topped up. When I contacted Reece about this, he admitted that he forgot to top the pressure up, but then ignored all my calls and messages when I asked how to do this. Got someone else in to fix issue.
