Sylvester arranged and managed the refitting of my kitchen - plastering, plumbing, cabinets, tiling. Even Replacing joists and floorboards (I had a wood worm problem). We could not be happier with the result and Sylvesters accommodating attitude towards much unexpected/unplanned work all carried out within quoted timeframe. Could not rate him higher! As an electrician he refitted a few of our lights and provided a valid certificate for all work done. Very professional and tidy.

Kris & his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with on our kitchen extension project over the last few months. They have been professional and friendly, with a great attention to detail. Kris approached the project and all of the challenges that we had with a great positivity and can-do attitude. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us get here. I wouldn’t hesitate recommend Kris and his team for future projects.

matt did kitchen worktops for me. his work is to the highest standard, and i shall not hesitate in calling him again. as a local builder myself i shall recommend him to others. the job i asked him to do for me, was not straight forward, quite a few complications, but he overcame them all to do an excellent job.

very good, they were on time, and they even waited for me to go to Ikea and get an extra part due to Ikea missing parts in the package. Would definitely recommend their services.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.

Ben built us a shower room and plastered most of our downstairs to cover artex walls and ceiling. Excellent service from start to finish, Ben kept us in the loop at all times, giving us really good and creative advice. Delighted with end products.Would strongly recommend him and use again.

Excellent workmanship and a very professional and reliable team. Always kept us up to date on the progress and costs of the work and were always flexible to any changes that we made. We were extremely pleased with the final result. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

Fantastic to meet Richard, we met lots of potential trades people for our hallway storage cupboard job. He was definitely the best. Had great ideas, was very thorough in the planning stages and very patient with my husband and i who take a while to make decisions! We have ended up with storage that is beautiful, well built and perfect for our needs. Richard was v helpful with a few other issues we had in the house too. Had a quick chat with Catalin and agreed on a reasonable price. Although there were some challenges, Valentine discussed few options to resolve it and did an excellent job on fitting the cladding. He left the place neat and tidy.
