I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

This year I have started doing sips extensions. These are structural integrated panels. These timber framed building can usually be done in just 4 weeks from start to finish. We used MBBC to build a porch on our house. Robin was great in his comms, from survey through to completion we always knew where we were with him. I can't recommend Paul highly enough, he was helpful, skilled and professional. He's an organised and clean worker and the standard of the finished work was very high. I originally hired him to fit a bathroom but asked him to stay on to help with the rest of the renovation. He can just about turn his hand to anything on a renovation project and what he can't do he can help find skilled people to do. I'm not sure how I would have managed my project without him. plus he makes a mean brew!
