George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Patrick messaged within minutes of me Posting the job. It was agreed he would attend the property the following day. Patrick called me the day of the appointment to update me as to when he would arrive. He also advised of a few options available for the repair to the ridge without pushing any hard sale. I also asked if they would also be able to repair the edge of the roof and fit plastic edging. A price was agreed and the job was completed to an extremely high standard within a few hours.
