Excellent descriptive estimate with photographs. Turned up on time to carry out work, as agreed. Job completed within timeframe agreed and photographs provided showing work as it progressed and when completed. All mess removed and site left clean and tidy. End product looks ok and I just wait a downpour of rain to be absolutely certain it won't leak but I am pretty confident it won't and it's covered by a good, insurance backed, guarantee. I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
