I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Shaun responded quickly to quote and was extremely flexible in regards to visiting around our working hours. Shaun was very efficient and the quality of work was brilliant. I wouldn't hesistate in using Shaun again and recommending him to friends.

Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

Paul was really professional and clear about the work, everything was explained clearly and the work completed to a great standard, especially the roof, the builders were really friendly and treated our property with respect, we were kept informed at every stage and we made changes to works and nothing was too much trouble. Even after the work was finished they are still offering advice and help.

Tom was great. Quick to respond and friendly. He completed the work in my hallway quickly,and it is very well done, with a beautiful finish. He is very good at clearing up as the work progresses. I would definitely recommend him and would have him do further work in the future.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

Amazing service and highly recommend. Helen contacted me to arrange for Carl to visit; for a quote, which was emailed to me for me to review. When work started, Carl arrived at the agreed time and always called to advise he was on his way. He is very clean and tidy and great workmanship. Very impressed with the high standard of his work.
