This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.

Quick to reply to request and work done on the same day. Got straight onto the job, professional, friendly and knowledgable about the products. A bit pricey, but worth it for the peace of mind. Job done!

I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

Couldn't be happier with the work that David and Chris carried out. They completely transformed our garden and gave valuable input into the design as it progressed. They put in some serious hard graft to get the job completed in the timeframe they gave and the price we were quoted is exactly what we paid. They left the place clean and tidy as well. Absolutely would recommend, thanks guys..

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Amazing and fantastic work done by this company. Builders listened to what I wanted done and went above beyond what I expected. Very professional throughout the weeks working here. They are neat and tidied up after themselves as well as being highly skilled. The inspection officer was very pleased with the outcome. Don’t hesitate to contact this company, if you are looking for a good, fast pace builder, this is the right company to go to.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Thank you Matt for converting our garage space into new office space. The job was challenging and Matt has kept us updated all of the way and dealt with any problem big or small. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and we feel that the end results speaks for itself...superb! Matt turned up on time every day and put long hours in and stayed very late some nights, all in the name of getting our job finished on time. We will not hesitate to use Matt in the future. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.
