Paul and his guys took down a dividing wall, fitted steel, fitted new ceilings and plastered, along with electrical re-wiring and fitting a new Howden's kitchen for us. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
