Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones.
