After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director. As you can see from the 3 previous ratings, any opportunity will be taken to extend the job. In hindsight I’m wondering if holes were made in the roof membrane too. Ripped the new flashing, water pouring in. Ceiling soaked, rug ruined, laminate flooring now lifting. Didn’t turn up for 3 days. Roof still leaking. Changes sim in his phone so you can’t get hold of him after paying out £8k. Avoid Will he is a chancer. Do not use this company!
