Carl responded quickly to the request. He arrived on time and carried out the work with no issues. He worked carefully around new fitted furniture and was respectful to our property eg mixing plaster outside and changing footwear to go upstairs. He left us with clear instructions and cleared up before he went. He is a friendly polite no nonsense tradesman.

ADB carried out a full renovation of my flat including plastering, bathroom and kitchen installation, electrical rewire and remedial building works. They were very competitively priced, reliable and carried out a very professional job. I would highly recommend them.

You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. He made a very nice job of our extension and I'd highly recommend him. John.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.

Super impressed with the service! Tyson Construction were able to help me with waste removal in a house. They had availability within 24 hours, were on time picking up the keys and cleared the house out within a day. Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
