We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. We are very happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden.
