Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

This was only a small job but CMS gave us a really great service and provided exactly what we asked for - even though this involved matching an old-style window. Very friendly too. First class!

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! Delighted with the job! Great attention to the preparation of the walls and the quality of finish. Dust sheets laid from the front door to the room being decorated and cleared every evening, on completion everything was left clean and tidy, no spatters left anywhere. Lovely, pleasant people who listened to our requirements and did a great job, no radio noise and easy to have in our home. I have no reservations in asking them to do our further preparation and decorating work or recommending them to others.

Dmitrii was fast, efficient, and did a fantastic job! He arrived on time each day and completed the job ahead of schedule. He was also very polite and lovely to deal with. They left the house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend DPW

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Las and two of his sons came round at very short notice to do all sorts of tidying up and repairing around the house. They were on time, very efficient and very patient with a long list of small jobs.

They quoted 3 days which we had to pay for but the job only took a total of one and a half days spread out with coming and going over a period of 4 days due to hospital appointments.

Nick and Stefan from N.B. Building services are a real find on this site. Their work ethic was fantastic - in the worst weather we've had for years - non stop rain, they completed my porch to an excellent standard whilst finishing in a short timeframe. They were great value for money and their work is of very high quality. There is no doubt I will use their services again. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other users of this site.
