My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more, with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Thank you Matt for converting our garage space into new office space. The job was challenging and Matt has kept us updated all of the way and dealt with any problem big or small. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and we feel that the end results speaks for itself...superb! Matt turned up on time every day and put long hours in and stayed very late some nights, all in the name of getting our job finished on time. We will not hesitate to use Matt in the future. Gareth, the proprietor of GMS is a qualified wood machinist by trade and has over 25 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

I had my under floor insulated and a doorway created between my living room and kitchen, with bi- fold doors fitted. James and his team completed the job very professionally and on time. Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.
