Very quick with their initial callback and quote, understood that I was in a rush to get my job done. Very genuine father and son team that I would happily recommend to my family and friends, I've even asked them to quote me on other work that needs doing in my home. SUPERB..

Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Extremely pleased with the whole process and I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole time. I would highly recommend Ben.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. He carried out the work very quickly as required and completed it to a very high standard. He is an excellent tradesman and very knowledgeable with respect to his particular specialism. I give this company, Five Stars in all departments of expectations one expects when hiring a company. They impressed me so much, on time, correct tools and got on with the job. Everything working and my husband and I feel so much safer for their excellent work. We have even booked them again.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Found that Henry Was very satisfied with the quality and care good understanding of the work that was required and was able to point out additional needed work

Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process. He was extremely punctual and tidy and the finished bathroom is of a quality even better than we would have hoped for. We will certainly be looking to use Nigel's services again.

I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value.
