Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

We are 24 hour locksmiths covering Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We come to you to unlock doors, replace failed locks, cut keys, upgrade existing locks. I've been locksmithing for over 20 years and have worked at some of the national companies over that time and have seen how some of them treat customers... Without customers we wouldn't have a business and so all customers have to be treated properly - some of those larger companies didn't seem to understand this. The amount of van stock we carry is huge, ensuring that we have the parts to get the job done. I live in Gloucester, and can give a fast response to people who need our services quickly. It's all too easy to call a company that you think is local - only to find that it's based in a town on the other side of the country and that it doesn't have any locksmiths on the books as staff, but rather picks up the phone to locksmiths closer to the customer trying to get the job done and get some commission for it. First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.
