Glen was on time and and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my door handles and showed me the failed springs. He explained how the locking mechanism worked so that I fully understood the problem. Although he didn't have any black handles with him, he did have some white ones and I was happy with those so he did the job there and then to save a return visit. He also adjusted both the front an back doors for me. Very pleased.

From the initial quotation - which was very reasonable – until the final job, Kaspars was very professional and did a great job plastering my bathroom ceiling. Danny's work was excellent, he managed to get a 25 year-old patio door repaired, painted and working like new. He also replaced an old gate with a lovely new one. Mel was the locksmith. He turned up slightly early. I like that, saves wondering if anyone will turn up. Confirmed by text on the day prior to visit. Fitted the lock and asked me to test it. It worked fine, and he left. I couldn't really ask for more.
