we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. My wife and have no hesitation in recommending mark for anyone seeking similar bullding projects

Victor did a brilliant job on our living room and gave excellent advice on what was required to make the finish of the job as perfect as possible. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. The job took a little longer than expected but I was happy to accommodate given the quality of work that was delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending Victor or using him again in the future.

Hi to all who need a carpenter. I needed one to do many and varied "small" jobs (ha ha). RMT came in - Andy was on site for the work. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Kelsey and his team have completed an entire repair, and painting project on the outside of our Tudor style farmhouse where both the masonry and woodwork had been neglected for some years. From the moment we met Kelsey we knew we were in a safe pair of hands. Throughout the project he has communicated in a timely manner and kept us updated on how everything is progressing. Great paint job, done on time and to schedule on a difficult wall to access at height. 50% payment before and 50% on completion. Very friendly and open. Would recommend.
