The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.

Told me what would be done to repair and make good the botch job of spindles and railings on my decking (obviously done by someone else!). He and his son Marshall came out a couple of days later to do the job. The decking is absolutely rock solid…what a difference! Professional, polite and friendly. Definitely recommended!
