Excellent work from Iliyan clearing our garden. From start to finish he has been very professional & courteous. Very reasonable price quoted for the work done and we are really happy with his work. I highly recommend Iliyan and if we need any more work done around the garden I wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

Jim agreed to tackle a very difficult job - putting a VERY heavy liner (Wallrock) on a ceiling to cover a crack in the ceiling. Over the course of three days he turned up on time and got on with the work. The results are excellent - far exceeding our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jim (and have already done so to a number of friends). If you are looking for a real professional - at a competitive price - he's your man..and very clean & tidy..and a nice guy to boot. Richard

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Overall he is a fantastic builder and I would 100% recommend him.

This team provided an extremely professional job painting the exterior of our house, despite their competitive rates. They were very responsive to the urgency of the job, worked very hard and got the job done efficiently. Nothing was too much bother for them, they are very pleasant people to deal with.
