I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! I'll definitely be using him again for a number of future projects we have in mind

Emma was quick to start and worked cleanly and efficiently. She finished the work on time and the end results are very good. She was discreet (my father is housebound and disabled) and careful to maintain security as she had a key to the house. I would recommend Emma to everyone.

Phase 2 were very pleasant, polite and easy to talk to. Any questions I asked were answered and the work explained to me. They were knowledgable, efficient and cleared up daily. I am very pleased with the result and can highly recommend them

Vince & Ben were very pleasant, did a professional job at a competative price. They turned up bang on time were very clean & tidy. It was also the 1st time I have had a contractor in my home who even hoovered my dining room floor, and for that reason alone I paid him more than the quoted price. Would definitely have them back!

I hired Ben to paint my lounge, dining room and h/s/l. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He was always polite and professional. His work was of a very good standard and his cutting in was very tidy. Overall I'm very pleased with his work and will use him again and recommend him.

Craig and his team (Carne, Jason and the carpenters) were excellent. They were friendly, hard-working and tidy. They coped with unforeseen issues very competently. The communication between trades and with ourselves was very good. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again.

We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. I can’t recommend him enough the work he has done is top notch.

Apex plastered over two ceilings and multiple sites which had previously had spotlights inserted. They have done an excellent job and cleaned up satisfactorily. Communication has been excellent.

Accepting Carl to paint bedroom was the best choice He didn't have the easiest of jobs thanks to a previous decorator who removed strips from the wall . I would certainly recommend Carl ,as he is a true professional and takes pride in the work he is doing also a very friendly gentleman ???? .
