The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.

My husband & I were very happy with the work done. Explanation was given of what was involved. Friendly and helpful, I was particualrly happy because we could ask any questions. I would recommend them to friends & neighbours.

The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .

Jobs is done for a landlord , but these guys did not keep their word in giving the price before conducting the job, they afterwards pressured me to pay a large sum of money, way more than the job is worth. They also promised to send pictures of completed job, but failed to do so. Keep away, for your piece of mind!

We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

Good: Arrived on time and waited for me because I was late, cleared the drain ... at last we can have baths again! Very personable chap, not afraid to get his hands dirty! Knows his drains! Other: Cost a little more than I had offered (£80 I had offered £50) but he was here longer than expected. Also there was some sewage/dirty water left over on the patio that we had to clear up after he had left which wasn't pleasant.
