Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Really pleased we went with Jamie and his gang. The standard and quality of the work completed was impeccable. Very clean tidy workers, polite, friendly, punctual and put us at ease. It was very clear from day one they had all been given clear instructions by jamie and they just cracked on and got the job finished in a timely manner. SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Scott quoted and charged a fair & satisfactory price. I am very pleased with the result. Scott has agreed to carry out additional groundwork to other external areas of the property.
