From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. I’m a self employed tradesman who specialises in a wide variety of property repairs, maintenance and improvements. I have been in the trades for over 10 years and have extensive knowledge on many areas ranging from roofing down to groundworks. I take the upmost pride in my work and offer customers a guarantee on work carried out by myself.
Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown

Although the conifer hedging was cut back the site was left untidy in spite of being asked to remove as much of the debris as possible as i was just out of hospital having had knee surgery and therefore unable to do any bending.I even supplied bags to put it in. I have been in touch with the company a couple of times since and each time get empty promises of 'coming to fix it at the weekend'.Disappointing since I had a few friends who would have been interested in using the service..
