However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

Wayne is a very hard worker and produced great results in the flat. Due to distance and other commitments I wasn't able to be on site very much, but he is more than able to get on with the job by himself and is highly trustworthy. The place looks completely transformed. The finish of the plastering and ceilings is especially good.

On the day, Luke was prompt in arriving and cracked on with the work, keeping me updated throughout the day, and was clean and tidy throughout. Peter and his crew arrived in good time, started work promptly (overboarding and plastering a slightly cracked ceiling), did a good job and finished earlier than I expected them too. One spontaneously offered help when my partner was moving some item. I selected them partly on the basis that Peter could come and see the job and meet me (rather than just sending someone unseen to to do the job on Friday). They were a cheerful and friendly bunch, and I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job.
