Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

They have not only insulated and applied new rendering to my house but also addressed a couple of minor issues (repointing of coping stones and correcting a flashing detail). Dave came round viewed what had to be done, he then sent me a quote and start date which I accepted and he showed up on the day and started the job.
