Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

Needed some property maintenance doing. I contacted Jani and he came out the same day to quote. By the next day he had started and completed on 2nd day, honest, reliable and does a great job.

Anthony Terry was professional and polite as soon as he stepped foot in my door, I was surprised with how efficient he got the job done, explaining everything to me throughout the process so I wasn’t left in the dark. George and Marlon completed two jobs for me - papering the hall, stairs and landing, hanging some new doors that needed cutting down to size and other general DIY. They were brilliant. On time, efficient and very skilled, tidy, polite, told me what they were doing, worked like trojans and hardly stopped for a cup of tea. Would use them again and would highly recommend.

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
