Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. David was given a very tough spec from myself as the quality of finish was paramount and he has nailed it! He is very considerate, listens carefully and has been professional in every aspect. David has now restored my faith in using contractors again -he and his team are definitely right up there with the best. Dave came and quoted me at the time he said he would. He is a nice and pleasant guy. Dave did a great job with the work I needed doing. He also did more than I originally requested. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I’d definitely recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
