(L.M plastering and building) My name is Laurence Maisey and I have been in the building trade for over 12 years. During this time, I have worked on many projects ( both in the UK and abroad) which include new builds (some large developments) and extensive renovation work on older properties. I have also worked in the social housing industry on a Reactive Response team. My expertise lies in plastering, but I am also a multi-skilled engineer and can turn my hand to almost any building work. I have many references from past employers who will verify the fact that my work is to a very high standard and that I am a clean and tidy worker. I will take on any project no matter how big or small.

Laurence’s workmanship was excellent:. The job was to skim a heavily Artexed ceiling and to feather in at the edges to avoid changing the coving and yet leave a nice edge profile visible on the coving. I waited to post a rating so that I could see the ceiling dry and apply a mist (dilute) coat of paint to the plaster. That reveals any issues. I’m pleased to say the quality is excellent -no problems at all and will be working with Laurence in the future.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out here. The job was a basic boiler annual service but I found Yam to be easy and polite to converse with. He listened and understood what I wanted. His working method appears to be very clean, controlled, careful and efficient. I would absolutely hire Yam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. I'm a handyman based in Liss. I can fix / install most things, including simple electrical and plumbing. I'm fully insured, guarantee my work and am often available at short notice. I charge £40 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, or a full day at £300. That includes travel and minor materials. Cheers Adrian Potter

If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount.
