Came when he said he would, both to quote and complete the work, listened to what I wanted and advised on the practicalities. Standard of work is fab. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later.
