We have over 15 years experience in plumbing, refurbishment maintenance, and electrical works. Our electrical engineers are fully qualified and as a NICEIC approved contractor and domestic installer, you can be assured all our work is carried out to the most recent electrical standards and regulations. We are also qualified to test, inspect and issue condition reports and certificates for domestic and commercial installations and for the private rental sector. Our plumbing work is carried out by a City and Guilds qualified plumber holding level 2 qualification in installation.

I do all works, from small jobs to building extensions, loft conversions, decorating and gardening works. Also, I do drainage and plumbing works.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!
