We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. He was friendly, efficient and completed the job to a high standard. We are very happy and would thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

Your website didn't offer all the tradesmen who contacted me. I ended up with Stephen Cornell of Heat Logic Ltd. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. I employed Chris to move a bolier. He did the work at short notice and to a high standard. His pipework was very neat in particular, and when I asked Chris to return to do some extra work (replacing a faulty stop tap on the mains supply) he was again able to fit me in at short notice. The cost was also extremely reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Chris again.
