Great! I've never known anyone so accurate with their ETA! He said 3:30 and was here on the dot. Charlie was very friendly and obliging and did the job - fitting a new pump under the bath - in a very awkward spot. Left it nice and tidy, great job. Then we showed him the kitchen tap that drips. He happened to have a lovely new tap in his van and he's coming back, probably tomorrow, to install it for us. Marvellous!

Happy with the various plumbing tasks complete, and then a kitchen fit. Approachable/ nice to work with. When I had to change the timings a couple of times to fit in with other tradesmen, they were understanding and adaptable. And when I had ad hoc tasks, including one in a different property, they were quick to respond.
