Bathroom refurbishment was a reasonably complex job as it required moving the existing suite into a different position, installing a seperate shower, alcove , hidden toilet cistern, dropping the ceiling and laying a new floor. Job ran over schedule due to some difficulties with last minute changes that i requested, but Martin was able to accomodate these and offer advice as the job progressed. Finished bathroom looks very good with no snagging list to work through. Very easy and realiable person to work with and have asked him to quote for other work that i need doing and would happily recommend him to other people.
The firm were professional, friendly and efficient, cared about their customers and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Another bonus was I could trust them with the keys to the house to get on with the work without me around. Also the only firm that took the trouble to research what was new on the market and the feasibility of a replacement back boiler which better suited my needs than a combi boiler. Extremely reasonable in costs I would recommend them to anyone
We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen. A great plumber and a real gent.
