Once work was underway, Peter paid very close attention to detail, fixing some pre-exisiting problems, and always keeping me advised of progress, checking if there was anything he was unsure of. The early evening quoation visit worked for me and it was reassuring to have the job clearly explained and receive a thorough written quotation while not feeling under any obligation. We needed the job carrying fairly urgently and Andy was able to complete the job and produce a inspection report within the week.
