I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately Under 1 Roof were too busy to quote within my time frame so I cannot comment on their work. James sent many photos of previous projects when asked and it would definitely approach them in the future.

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Excellent work from an extremely knowledgeable and helpful workman, despite the job being larger than originally envisaged. Phil was punctual, polite and extremely hardworking, offering advice and working around problems where any were found. He went around the entire kitchen and tested everything thoroughly after the work was completed, sent through safety/inspection certificates promptly. Highly recommended, I would happily use him again should I need more work done.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am very pleased with the work that Alan did for me and I would highly recommend him. Alan responded to my ad and arranged a time to visit for a quote. After discussing my requirements, it was clear to me that Alan is an experienced tiler with lots of knowledge. Communication was excellent and a week later he arrived on time, completed the job within the expected timeframe and cleaned up before leaving. I will contact Alan straight away the next time I need a tiler. Thanks Alan!

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????
