John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

We contacted several tilers to provide quotes for what was quite a substantial job. Paul from the very first conversation showed himself to be very knoweldgeable about the process for our need including floor preparation, materials to use and correct deployment of expansion joints. He began the job without delay, continued through to the end and provided a first class professional service going the extra mile to ensure finer detailing was spot-on and passed on trade savings to us. A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again

Very friendly and amenable. Brad gave a fair price for some additional work while he was here and we were very happy with the work. He communicated with us through the whole job to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Will hire again.

Thinks outside of the box and is happy to work with clients on a step by step basis. Gave very helpful advice on the phone when the a circuit failed due to a previous owners bad wiring. Highly recommended.
