Couldn't recommend Mike and his team more. Came out quick to give a quote, price was very reasonable. Booked the job in quickly. Great communication and a fantastic job done. Attention to detail was second to none, it was also evident how important it was to Mike that every part of the work he completed was asthetically as good as it could possibly be. Booked for next day, 12-6 Tuesday. Technician didn't turn up, phoned to say it would be Wednesday. Wednesday phoned to say it would be Thursday. Turned up Thursday, did half the job then said was done, without doing the EICR. Phoned the office, said they didn't have the testing equipment to the EICR, so would be Friday, Didn't turn up Friday, called by manager at 5pm to say sorry but his task list was three days long and so could he get it rescheduled for Monday. So I wasted two half days.

Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
