His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. The standard of workmanship was excellent, everyone who has seen the brickwork has commented how good it is, very informative and helpful. We had some extra costs where we had some unforeseen groundwork problems that weren't picked up on In the planning stage not the builders fault, costs were as predicted and very reasonable, our build of a Dutch barn style roof was a design build they had not encountered before and the result was brilliant. Weather was pants and would highly recommend John and his crew.

He changed our fuse box £750 one wire was not connected he told us to phone him when we found out which socket it belong to we found the socket but dosnt answer calls or text think he blocked us would not advice hiring or if you do make sure all is done before paying

Not sure what happened to my original rating which I left soon after the job was completed. Happy with the job that Chris and his colleague completed. Did have a small problem with the lock needing adjustment a week or two later. Chris' colleague came back and made some adjustments. I've since oiled the lock and it's working much better. All in all Chris and his partner did a good job, no complaints. I would be happy to engage him again.

Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.
