We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. I trusted him so much, I left him my keys, went on holiday and came back to a beautiful home. He knows a great deal, takes huge pride in his work. I would recommend Stan to everyone I know!

From the initial quotation - which was very reasonable – until the final job, Kaspars was very professional and did a great job plastering my bathroom ceiling. He was always prepared to work within my timeframe, arrived on time and was very, very thorough. It was a pleasure dealing with him. A really genuine guy. Will definitely use him again.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Mihai and team have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work is great. Mihai is a problem solver and made us feel he had our interest at heart. He always made good recommendations on how to effectively improve the work, was helpful wherever needed e.g. Buying materials or rexommemdkng the right equipment and appliances. He always gave us options, explaining pros and cons. Him and the team are very nice and easy going. Also important, it's great he could do all the electric and plumbing.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. Gregg did an absolutely fantastic job fitting the doors in our home. Some of the doors were slightly off-size, he expertly trimmed each one to fit every frame perfectly. He was punctual every day, worked cleanly and efficiently, and even hoovered up at the end of each day and left everything spotless. He even wore shoe covers in our house. His pricing was very reasonable too. We’re extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gregg to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Steve has the experience and equipment to deal with my electrical installation.House updated from old fuse box. He worked through a fault condition and I was billed as per estimate. I shall have some extra work at a later time.
