Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. I hired Spensley Electrical Services to reposition a double wall socket and then chase out the wall to add an additional double and single socket. I guess the plus point is that both new sockets have power and work but the positioning is very poor. Neither are flush with the wall. Also appreciate that there was always going to be a lot of mess when chasing but most credible tradesmen would at least make some effort with cleaning up. Can’t expect a 5 star review if you don’t provide a 5 star service!

Also, I fit laminate flooring, skirtings, architraves and timber stud work. I am always punctual and reliable, and clean and tidy in my work. Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.

The complete rewiring plus installation of new fuse boxes was very efficiently carried out and the workmen were extremely helpful and polite. They made sure that everything was cleared up each day and I would definitely recommend the Company - I have, in fact, used them for other work since.

He changed our fuse box £750 one wire was not connected he told us to phone him when we found out which socket it belong to we found the socket but dosnt answer calls or text think he blocked us would not advice hiring or if you do make sure all is done before paying
